弹簧卡箍的装配

空间节省型卡箍只能用带黄色锁定结构的手钳打开，以避免损伤  

弹簧卡箍

本手钳也可用于装配标准型弹簧卡箍。

本手钳的嵌块槽必须始终保持相互平行的位置。

经验证，本工具可用于德国慕贝尔、巴西普及、以及国内和日系卡箍的装配。

空间节省型卡箍的必须置于嵌块槽中、并与之对准。

注意:如果卡箍未能置于槽并与之对准，有可能弹出，造成伤害事故！！！

                                             注意:

                                                         卡箍只能打开到止挡块接触，不可过度！engaged.                                   .                                                                                               

                                                                            打开Æ ³  19 mm的卡箍，第一格锁定机构接触；     

                                                               打开Æ£   18 mm的卡箍，直到第二格锁定机构接触； 

                                                                             黄色锁定机构 

注意事项：如果此工具使用不当，卡箍可能弹出，造成意外伤害事故，为避免此类伤害，我们强烈建议操作时佩戴安全眼镜。

Spring Band Clamps

The Spring Band Clamps have to be placed and safely aligned into the grooves of the Inserts.
Attention: if the clamp is not aligned safely into the grooves, it can jumpout and cause injuries !!!

Rotating the Inserts with pre-tensioned clamp can cause the clamp to jump out of the tool.
If possible, pre-position Inserts to the needed angle before use.
