本设备自动化程度高，触摸屏人机介面不需专业技术人员便可轻松操作本机，制作出高精度品质之精密网版。
涂布乳剂厚度，速度，及网版正，反面涂布次数，涂布单面或双面可轻易在触摸屏设定参数。
涂布进度可以自动化监测次数，完成设定次数后，机器会自动停止及发出信号，作业人员无需实时观测。
本机采用双重精密对版微调机构，无论网版张力大小便可轻易调整精度。
刮槽采用进口，铝金形材，经特殊处理，槽口耐磨度极高，不易弯形，及氧化。
