与TL-QDJ-A型/B型全自动翻转切砖机相比，可加工的砖坯长度及宽度尺寸更大，每次*大切砖长度和宽度分别可达1200mm及460mm；且较TL-QDJ-A/B型全自动翻转切砖机的工作方式不同，采用将挤压成型机输出的长柱坯条平卧式送坯、粗切、并直接在同一水平面上无需翻转地输送至切断工位的工作方式，保证了砖坯的成型质量，适合作为砖坯宽度尺寸较大、需平卧输送的劈开砖、陶板等大规格产品生产线的配套使用。独特设计的送坯及切断装置，使每个工作循环仅需3.75秒，包括长泥柱条输入、粗切下料至预定长度（如每次粗切成1300mm长掂柱段）、定位输送泥柱段、横推至切断钢丝机构并精确切成需要的尺寸。机器全自动运转，平稳高效，配以泰纳生产的TL系列真空挤压成型机等，成为大规格陶瓷产品生产的*佳选择。

Features of Type TL-QDJ-L

Its way of working is different from the Type TL-QDJ-A or B without turning, but just conveying straightforward and cutting, another difference is it suitable to work for larger size (such as larger width) of tiles and bricks. The Max. length and width of the tiles to be cut can reach to 1200mm and 460mm separately.

The main feature of this machine is the extraordinary conveying& cutting mechanism, which perfect designed and made with technique know-how. It needs only 3.75 seconds to go though whole process working, including several steps ofclay column beingconveyed,rough cut to the lengthof beforehand fixed (such as L=1300mm), pushed to cutter and then exact cut to size. It runs smoothly, efficiently and automatically when matched withTL-CXJ-Bor CVacuum Extruder. All these make its performance being in a superior position among the same kind.
