栀子黄色素
[来源]：以茜草科植物栀子果实为原料，采用生物加工和物理精制方法制成。
[主要成分]： 藏花素和藏花酸
[产品规格]： 固体440nm，E1%1cm>20-500
[性状]：
1、淡黄色至橙红色粉末。
2、易溶于水、稀乙醇、丙二醇，不溶于油脂。
3、PH值对色调几乎没有影响。其色调在PH3-11时都比β－胡萝卜素稳定，特别在碱性中黄色更鲜明，在波长440nm附近吸光度*大。
4、耐盐性、耐还原性、耐微生物性均好。
5、在80℃以内比较稳定，固体粉末耐热性更强。
6、对蛋白质和淀粉染色力比较稳定。
7、室内避光条件下稳定性良好。
8、对金属离子（除铁外）相当稳定，但遇铁则会变黑。糖对本品有稳定作用。
[用途]： 可用于面制品、糕点、糖果、饮料、酒类、乳制品等食品着色，也可用于丝绸、棉布染色，还可用于化妆品、药品着色和药物原料、饲料原料。
[使用方法]： 先用温水溶解，再用一定量的水稀释到所需浓度即可使用。
[用量]：参考用量0.03%～0.10%
[包装]：
1、粉末产品用铝塑袋包装，外用纸箱，净重1、5、25公斤；
2、也可根据用户要求包装。
[储存]：干燥、密封、避光、阴凉处保存。打开后如未用完应及时封口保存。

Gardenia Yellow
[Original]: Crocin, a natural yellow pigment extracted from the fruit of gardeniajasminoides,refined by biological treatment and physical method.
[Composition]: Crocin and Crocetin (Carotenoid)

[Character]:
1. Yellow or orange yellow powder.
2. It is easily soluble in water, ethanol water liquor, not soluble in acetone and oil.
3.Ph value has almost no influence to its color value. It’s steadier than beta-carotene in eitherPH3-11. Especially, Crocin will be bright yellow when in alkali situation.The water solution of the pigment has a bright and stable golden-yellowish hue, especially in alkaline solution, with the absorbance peak at 440nm.
4. The revivification-resistance and microbe-resistance are excellent.
5.The pigment also has a good stability to light, heat and microbe.
6. The pigment has a good dyeing ability to starch and protein.
7. metal ions have no influence on it but Fe. It becomes black when it met Fe.
[Usage]:
It can be used as a natural pigment for flour products, noodles, candy, cookies, drinks, wine, beverage, dairy product, fish and tinned food, cosmetics, silk cloth, cotton cloth, medicines and Chinese Herbs, etc.
[Using method]:
Add desired pigment to some water or ethanol solution and stir to get a diluted yellow solution. Put this yellow solution into your product for pigmentation. To get a good dying result, stirring is also needed and the temperature should be controlled below 80℃.
[Use level]: 0.03% ~ 0.10%
